On-line survey 2008

This year we experimented using one of the many on-line survey services. It's proven a great success with nearly half of our customers responding.

The survey closed at the end of the April and we've been analysing the results, correlating the comments and suggestions and will be providing responses to those people that provided us feedback on the features of the product and the service we provide.

Creating surveys is always a compromise between how much information we'd like to gather and how long the survey takes to complete. I'm not sure I got the balance right this time as we had a number of people bail out half way through the survey.

Summary Results
Overall around triple the responses from last year

People were asked to rate the different features of the Sitemorse service out of 5.
Our rating was 3.98 - the Summary Page scored highest with 4.22

People were asked to rate the Quality and Delivery of the Sitemorse service out of 5.
Our rating was 4.18 - Service availability scored highest with 4.25

People were asked to rate the Technical Support service out of 5.
