Client Survey 2009 results and prize winners

Another resounding success with over 40% more people completing the client survey this year.

The other good news is that we have improved in every category, which is good to know as we have been striving to improve our service and customer care.

We also, this year, had a section asking for people's views on the new design launched last December.  84% of people rated the overall design as a Big Improvement.  There are some nagging doubts about the navigation and from the comments of those people that marked us down they liked the old tabs that allowed them to jump around the reports without going back to the Report Summary page.  We will, of course, review these comments.

Those Customers rating the Sitemorse product as either Good or Excellent increased from 74% to 82% with only 2% of people rating the product Below Average, adding further proof that the new interface and our efforts on Customer care, such as training, are paying off.

It was great to see the rating for our Technical Support team move up from 68% of people rating them Good or Excellent to 78% with an overall satisfaction rating of 81%.  And our Sales Team saw an equally impressive improvement from 76% rating them as Good or Excellent to 88% with an overall rating of 85%.  Room for improvement but certainly heading in the right direction and again those people rating us Below Average on these items was less than 2%.

A large part of the survey is dedicated to gathering your suggestions on how we can improve the service by doing things better or by adding new features.  The new interface was based on the feedback from last year's survey and we have new features that are due for launch very shortly that are based on your feedback.  I will be working through all the comments and sending through individual feedback to all those people that responded.

The other part of the survey is, of course, the prize draw.  This year's winners are:-
