We've had several requests from customers about adding people to the list of email recipients when an audit has completed. Previously this has not been possible as ONLY the site "owner" could be setup to receive these emails.
We have now added the capability for account holders to "opt-in" to receive emails when audits complete or for the Master User to do it on their behalf.
As part of this change we have also given control to the Master User to grant access to audit reports for each web address to any Sitemorse account holders in the organisation.
These changes are part of our strategy to provide customers with more and more self-administration of their Sitemorse service.
To grant access to audits to a new user, first click on the URL of the site on the Web addresses page to get to the "View audits for a Web address" page.
In the left hand column of the next page you have the people that receive emails and those that have access. Click on the [Edit] link next to Audit access

This screen shows you who currently has access to the audits for this web address. You can remove access by clicking on the Trash can icon. If you want to grant access to new people then click on the "Grant other users access" link

On this screen you can tick the box(es) and click the Confirm button to grant access to the audits.

To add people to the email recipients list click on the [Edit] button next to "Audit email recipients".
