Sitemorse chosen to support and improve the quality of Danish websites

Sitemorse's powerful web governance engine has been chosen by the leading e-business organisation for a twice-yearly quality analysis of industry websites.

The Danish Distance Selling and E-business Association (FDIH) will use our web tools to test the sites of its 500+ members and will produce a website index similar to the industry surveys developed by Sitemorse in the UK and other parts of Europe.

More than 1100 comprehensive tests will include links and emails, images, response and load speed, accessibility, browser compatibility, functionality and metadata. Each FDIH member will also get access to Sitemorse's web-based tool Snapshot, allowing them to test the quality of individual URLs completely free of charge.

The FDIH Website Index will be a comprehensive analysis of Danish business websites, documenting the sites that have the most efficient functionality (links, emails etc.), accessibility for the disabled and for indexing by Google and load speeds. Every FDIH member will get individual access to see detailed results for their own site and thus compare their own performance against overall results.

Denmark is one of the most 'digitised' countries with a population who shop online for more than 40 billion DKK annually. The Danish Distance Selling and E-business Association (FDIH) is an association for companies that use the Internet and other digital channels commercially. FDIH represents major companies, smaller startups and companies that provide technical solutions or services for e-business.
